Grandma Miedema and Hailey accompanied Michael to Washington DC as he had to present some new research at the American College of Cardiology Conference.
Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with very nice touring; it rained/sleeted both days they were there.

While they were touring Washington DC, Carter, Taylor, and I went to Sioux Falls to hang out with my family! We were able to watch Jacob play some basketball and win the tournament!
