Walhof Visit

 The Walhof family drove up for a visit and the first stop was to cheer Carter on in Hockey!  He had a great game with 5 goals and a victory!

 The neighbors are renovating their bathroom and somehow the toilet ended up in our yard, but it is the perfect place to put someone in a "time out".

 Mike surprised Carter at school and took him to a Twins game for the afternoon; a Ferris Bueller type day:)

Middle School Spirit Week 2015

 This was Hailey's first year to enjoy the middle school Spirit Week!

Monday was PJ day.  Tuesday was Character Day= Bat Woman.  Wednesday was formal day= Hailey wore jeans :) Thursday was crazy day= see photos below.  Friday was school spirit day at the Calvin Classic Track meet.  Hailey competed with seven schools and participated in: shot put, distance throw, 4x100 relay, 200m dash, and the triple jump.  She placed 1st in the 6th grade division in the distance throw, 4x100 relay, and the triple jump!!

April Happenings

 Here was our busy little family for 6 days as Ginnie and Wil went on their mission to Haiti.  The little girls fell right in step with our routine and we fell in love with their little personalities.  It was very healthy for our kids to experience what it is like to have small ones around the house; especially for Carter who only knows how to be the youngest.

 It was very hard for everyone to say good-bye to the girls when it came time for them to head to Grandpa and Grandma's house.  I was in big trouble for not having them stay the entire time at our house.
