So looking back to the winter of 2018 is sort of a blur and here is why: Three kids, six teams, and two drivers. Now I am not eager for Hailey to drive, however, the winter of 2018 was quite insane. The best part was that the each child was thriving in what they were committed to do and were doing it well......it was the parents that were having a hard time keeping up!
Here is a recap:
Hailey was the setter for the SWC 15-1 Club Volleyball team. Her skills and confidence grew and met a bunch of new friends.

Hailey also played JV basketball for SWCHS.
Carter played squirt hockey at MN Made for the Wolfpack with a couple of his old Bloomington buddies. Carter likes to play right wing and made great strides as he learned to skate fast and strong with the puck.
Taylor also played Club Volleyball for the SWC 12-1 team. She enjoyed hitting middle and serving. She played with several girls for a second year and they experienced great improvements throughout the season and had a blast together
Taylor played basketball for Calvin Christian Varsity Silver team. The team had a wide range of age, size, and talent but completed the season with an impressive record.
Lastly, Carter played basketball for Calvin Christian for the 1st year of competitive basketball and loved it. They finished the season 2nd in the league.
Wow-----we survived!
